1. The product

Octobrowser is a paid desktop application for Windows and macOS that provides screen time tracking and a focus-timer aquarium. The license is a one-time purchase of $100 USD with lifetime updates included. No subscription is required.

2. Ordering process

This website does not process payments. When you submit the order form, we email you a personal secure payment link and an invoice within 24 hours. Your license key and download instructions are delivered to the same email address after payment is confirmed.

3. License

One license covers installation on up to two computers owned by the purchaser, on both supported platforms. Licenses are personal, non-transferable and may not be resold or redistributed.

4. Refund policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date your payment is confirmed.

How to request a refund. Email support@octobrawser.site from the address you used when ordering, or simply reply to your license email. Include your order email and, if available, your license key. No explanation is required, but feedback is appreciated.

Processing. We confirm refund requests within 2 business days and issue the refund to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the money typically arrives within 5–10 business days.

What happens after a refund. Your license key is deactivated and the application stops receiving updates. You agree to uninstall the application once the refund is issued.

After 14 days. Refunds requested more than 14 days after purchase are reviewed individually and granted only where required by applicable consumer protection law.

Exceptions. We may decline a refund in cases of fraud, abuse of the refund policy (for example, repeated purchases and refunds), or violation of these terms. If you have a payment issue, please contact us before opening a chargeback with your bank — we resolve most cases faster directly.

5. Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer, resell, sublicense or redistribute the application, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Warranty & liability

The application is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.
